SHIPPING POLICY

You can count on Noonie to not only meet but exceed all your needs and requests. We ship worldwide via Royal Mail as standard.

 

If you would like to send something a little further please let us know and we would love to support you.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Any issues with delivery such as lost parcel and damage on delivery may be eligible for compensation.

 

If your item was damaged on delivery, please keep the original packaging as this is required evidence for any compensation to be issued. 

 

Contact me at noonieearth@gmail.com with your order number and any information I may need to recognise your issue with.

We will then raise a claim with our delivery company. Please allow up to 30 days for the transactions and refund to be issued (if eligible).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns that are unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging within 15 days of purchase.

In the unlikely occasion you experience a fault with your item this will need to be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will then issue a full refund of the product price or ship you a new item for the replacement.

If you decide to cancel your order this must be done within 2 hours of placing. That gives us enough time to recall the parcel before sending it out with Royal Mail.

Please allow up to 30 days for a refund to be processed and for the funds to arrive back in your account.
